Enroll or verify the user with bitmap specified by BitmapHandle. The parameters ValidRectX1, ValidRectY1, ValidRectX2 and ValidRectY2 specify the effective area of the image. If the specified area is invalid, the whole image is effective. DPI specifies the resolutionof the image.
