Obtain the fingerprint’s initial feature. Quality represents the quality of this fingerprint’s feature, and it may have the following values: 0: Good fingerprint feature 1: Insufficient feature points 2: Other reasons resulting in the incapability to capture the fingerprint feature. -1: Suspicious fingerprint
